Are you originally from Oklahoma?

I was born in La Mesa, CA. I lived in San Diego, CA, until I was nine and then moved to Guthrie, OK.

Tell me what your experience working with ES2 has been?

Since I started working for ES2, I have felt like I was part of a family. The owners have always made me feel like I can come to them with anything, and they are willing to listen and help with any issue. This approach has given me the confidence to strive to be a better leader and manager for my TAB team here in Tulsa. Although challenging, the work I do for ES2 is rewarding and has a lasting impact on our community.

What certifications or training do you have?

Work-related I am a licensed Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman as well as a NEBB Certified Technician. I also have an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences from Texas Culinary Academy and I am a Le Cordon Bleu Certified Chef.

Describe a typical day at work for you?

I begin my day by responding to daily emails from our clients and team members, discussing the progress of the jobs, and providing answers and or direction to issues that may arise. I schedule technicians for upcoming jobs, reviewing and finalizing TAB reports to be sent to clients. Review upcoming job schematics and submittals for report building, visit job sites if needed, attend meetings with client to discuss the progress of the job, speak to TAB team members about the daily progress of the projects, review project financials, support TAB team members concerning NEBB procedural standards and most effective ways to perform their work out in the field, enter job data into PM software for proper man loading.

What was your favorite job you worked on?

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Brunswick, GA.

Do you have any hobbies outside of work?

I enjoy cooking, painting, and spending time with my family. I enjoy watching football. My favorite college teams are the OU Sooners and OSU Cowboys. My favorite professional football team is LA Chargers.
